A delegation of leaders from the General Administration of Customs and Jining Customs visited and provided guidance to Snail Truck

On May 14, a delegation including General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China Standards and Regulations Center TBT Notification and Inquiry Department Director Cui Lu, Jining Customs Director Li De, Deputy Director Zhao Zhifa, Inspection Division III Chief Wang Yan, Liangshan County People’s Government Vice County Mayor Han Guanghui, and Liangshan County Bureau of Commerce Director Xue Junqi visited Snail Truck for a special investigation and exchange on used commercial vehicle export business and industry standard development. The visit was accompanied throughout by He Zhaoguang, President of Guang’an Auto Union Group.

The delegation first visited the remanufacturing production workshop, where they inspected the entire process of used cargo truck dismantling, cleaning, and adaptive remanufacturing. President He Zhaoguang introduced the workshop’s production processes, technical standards, and quality control system in detail. He also highlighted the company’s technological achievements in the remanufacturing of key components such as engines, gearboxes, and axles, as well as how standardized procedures enable used commercial vehicles to comply with the regulations and road conditions of different countries.

During the subsequent symposium and discussion session, the delegation listened to Snail Truck’s report on the development of its used commercial vehicle export business. In-depth discussions were conducted on topics including the formulation of the group standard for the “Technical Specification for Adaptive Remanufacturing of Exported Used Cargo Vehicles,” export inspection and supervision, and responses to international market access regulations. Leaders from Jining Customs also held detailed exchanges with the company regarding customs clearance procedures and regulatory service optimization for used commercial vehicle exports, while responding on-site to the company’s related requests and suggestions.

The delegation highly recognized Snail Truck’s exploration and practical achievements in the field of used commercial vehicle exports. In the future, Snail Truck will continue to drive development through technological innovation and standardized construction, strengthen collaboration with customs and other government departments, continuously enhance the core competitiveness of used commercial vehicle exports, and help Chinese commercial vehicle brands expand onto the global stage.
